Documentarian Milton Muybridge, while in the process of investigating the disappearance of the eminent artificial intelligence scientist Talos Rosen, interviews Brigitte Helm, a waitress, and sole survivor of an ill-fated dinner party in which all the guests go missing in a curious manner.
